Scope of Usage:

• Promotional videos, testimonials, and program highlights.

• Social media posts and website content.

• Educational showcases and event presentations.

Terms:

• No financial compensation will be provided for the use of these materials.

• Materials will be used in a manner respectful of my child's dignity and privacy.

• I may revoke this authorization at any time by submitting a written request to TrueTop LLC.
