Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Krezl and its AI-powered features. This policy is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service.
1. General Principles
You may use Krezl for any lawful purpose that is consistent with our Terms of Service. The Service is designed to help you organize knowledge, structure work, and execute complex initiatives. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
2.1 Illegal Activity
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or government order
- Facilitate or promote illegal activity
- Process, store, or transmit content that violates the rights of others
2.2 Misrepresentation of AI Output
- Represent AI-generated content as licensed professional advice (legal, medical, financial, engineering, or any regulated profession) without appropriate professional review and assumption of responsibility
- Present AI-generated project structures, analysis, or recommendations to third parties as work product of a licensed professional when it is not
- Use AI-generated content to file regulatory submissions, legal filings, or professional certifications without review by an appropriately licensed individual
2.3 Harmful Content
- Generate, store, or distribute content that exploits minors
- Generate content designed to harass, threaten, or intimidate others
- Generate malware, phishing content, or tools for cyberattacks
- Generate spam or deceptive content at scale
2.4 System Abuse
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code, models, or architectural patterns of the Service
- Circumvent rate limits, access controls, authentication mechanisms, or security measures
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service outside of our published API
- Intentionally introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful data into the Service
- Attempt to access another user's account, organization, or data without authorization
- Overload the Service through excessive API calls or resource consumption intended to degrade performance
2.5 Competitive Use
- Use output from the Service to develop, train, or improve a competing product or service
- Systematically extract architectural patterns, data models, or workflow designs from the Service for reimplementation
3. Your Responsibilities
3.1 Content Responsibility
You are responsible for all content you create, upload, or generate within the Service. You must ensure your content does not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.
3.2 AI Output Review
When using AI features, you are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it, sharing it, or relying on it for decisions. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific context.
3.3 Professional Contexts
If you use the Service in professional or regulated contexts (legal, financial, medical, engineering, or similar), you are responsible for ensuring that any output is reviewed by an appropriately qualified professional before being relied upon or shared.
3.4 Access Management
Organization administrators are responsible for managing user access, permissions, and ensuring that members of their organization comply with this policy.
4. Enforcement
4.1 Investigation
We may investigate suspected violations of this policy. We reserve the right to review content and usage patterns when we have reason to believe a violation has occurred.
4.2 Consequences
Violation of this policy may result in:
- Warning and request to cease the prohibited activity
- Temporary suspension of your account or specific features
- Permanent termination of your account
- Reporting to law enforcement where required or appropriate
4.3 Appeals
If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting support@krezl.com.
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation of this policy, please report it to abuse@krezl.com.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
